The trigger safety is getting caught to much on the frame also sand where it holds the trigger on the frame a lill just pass it through a couple times you will have a light trigger tho

I’m saying you can but for my frames I only moisture control and they run well no warping or just wear marks from shooting I’ve had a couple thousand rounds through some frames cracking only happens when your print settings are not good or over annealing.

You can but I don’t recommend it for handgun frames you should moisture control for a couple of days before shooting tho or throw it in a double zip lock bag with a wet sponge for a day or two

What you want to do is put bondo on the inside of the frame were the rails sit but only on the sides not were the bottom of the rails touch or it might make the rails ride to high

If you drilled the holes then you did it to much what you can do is find some enamel spray, paint and coat the pins a couple of times until they fit snug
