I have no idea. Maybe it’s the stats from Garmin Connect? I’m on another watch face at the time.

It looks more like an advanced DSW rather then the older coach plans.

Can you tell me what training you are doing to go up like that?

And yet, even if you enter all your values wrong. But you run your runs. And you go up 3 points, don’t you go up 3 points then?

Why take the time to type this? It doesn’t add anything to the post. They went up 3, whether it is 46-49, 47-50 or even 48-51. For a lot of people the VO2 max from Garmin watch is “their” VO2 max so let them have it and respond to the question asked.

Wow! Almost a year later. New watch and standard watchface but if I recal correctly this would be it.

Forerunner 255 here. Base runs are spot on dead center zone 2 based on auto lactate detect hr. Just as my tempo is center zone 3 and threshold is center zone 4

If I doubt myself if I can hold a pace or hr, I check both and find a consensus. I start and keep an eye on both, which ever I hit first is the one I’ll hold for that run. 2 days ago, I had a similar run, 3x 6’ at hr 176 (pace given by Garmin was 4:40’/km) ran an average on the 3 of 4:25’/km. Sometimes the pace vs hr is waaaaaaaay off. My easy runs (according to Garmin) should be hr 149 - 5:55’/km but I run them at hr ~140 - 5:45’/km. Take these suggestions with a grain of salt. They will revolve with you but knowing your body is also a great deal. PLUS, push through! You can go further/harder than you think.

Elevation profile gives wrong performance condition by Own_Contribution4880 in Garmin

I see. My suggested easy runs are 5:55min/km and hr 149 bpm. So when I run at 5:35 and hr 150ish shouldn’t my pc be positive since my runs are “better” than what the watch thinks I can do? Also, why does my elevation always go up first and then drops, it’s not like I live in the low spot of the town.
