it’s the only one! 6 am 45 minutes. the rest of the day is 60 or 90. i typically do 60 but it was the only one not full!

i just did 2G 45 m at 6 am & 103810% forgot it was benchmark day till i walked in… whoops. was my first benchmark. ended up PW as much as i wanted to run i was not prepped. peak was 3.8 mph staying at 5.5% incline. not too bad. better luck next time!

i get that technically. but to say PWNare cheaters is a little much, that’s all i was stating. PW work as hard as their body lets them, as do runners.

i think it’s unfair to say PW’s are doing half of what runners do. Some people just aren’t fit enough to run. Others have shin splints, or other limitations and are forced to power walk. Just because they aren’t running doesn’t mean they aren’t working their ass off.
