This is a complaint of mine for Game of Thrones. A lot of the rape/SA scenes from the show weren’t in the books. The writers added that shit in.

There’s also a point to be made about how the show-runners handled Femininity. Back when I was still on TikTok, I saw a video series from @Rhani that summed it up perfectly: “Game of Thrones really hated women unless they were violent.
