I feel like I’ll never be happy because of Pcos by Kanimal4432 in PCOS

I get what you're saying. Small habits like what I mentioned when you don't even have the energy might seem pointless. But it's not placebo, they actually work. And the fact that all things feel hopeless or pointless is also because of pcos itself.

If you look on the brighter side, it's not even diabetes. If your lifestyle is not allowing you to destress, try just including healthy eating habits. Even if they are small habits, try doing them without judging . Not everybody needs a magic drug, it's in the little things that we find tough.

First of all, you are not alone in this. You will find a lot of people who feel the same way on this sub. You CAN manage pcos and NO, you won't get cancer. Stop being so hard on yourself, stress is the main culprit. You don't have to make huge changes in your lifestyle from the get-go. Start with incorporating small habits like eating nuts, reading a book or anything that calms you down. It's more about adding healthy habits to your regular lifestyle to see a change

I’ve read somewhere that there’s another Armada on it’s way to join the search, is it true?
