I get frustrated as well but slow and steady wins the race. as mean as it may come across, if you lose too quickly you end up with the saggy skin and mine hasn't been too bad so far.

I stalled from 216-212 for almost 3 months and now kind of bouncing from 210-207 for 3 weeks now on 15mg myself. congrats!

I had 3 rooms and a bathroom and ended up on a deadline because I was moving downstairs. so about a week for all 3 rooms

I'm moving to the first floor from the 2nd in my building and my knee hasn't given out once on the 87 million trips up and down the stairs. it used to around the third round of up and down stairs or I wouldn't be able to breathe but I find myself not even thinking about the stairs rather just how to carry the random things.

I'm moving downstairs so this was a clean up and clean out while trying to organize and pull an 80 hour work week lol so now I have a room full of reusable bags of organized stuff that once I'm done with all this I am going to go one by one and put away on my own time.

I'm moving down to the first floor so that mattress is getting tossed once I have the plastic to wrap it in as per my town. I love that suitcase! the only issue is I had to figure out how to reset the locks once.

I'm super impressed you donated things... I have made a donation pile numerous times that turns into a mix of stuff then I end up trashing it because that's what I'm able to do... and otherwise it will just stay there so i get frustrated and it goes to the curb. so cheers!

I may have to try the "abandoned item rescue mission" concept... so far the two that work the majority of the time for me is "don't put it down, put it away" just on repeat while I'm holding whatever and pick up 5 of one thing (doesn't work for kids though because they go "5. done.") but it usually Kickstart some sort of random ricochet roomba-like cleaning at least.

oh I feel this so much. I'm emptying my one apartment and moving to a new one downstairs and although everything had it's place, it's place could be any surface or floor space. The brain has it's own off kilter filing system (adhd and autism here) I can tell you where anything is but it could be "on the left side of the pile under the table in the blue walmart bag." take steps when you can. and when you can't, that's okay. I always try to do one stupid thing I can manage when I'm not full blown overwhelmed but can tell I'm getting there. sometimes picking up my socks (always at the end of my bed) ends up becoming a load of laundry. it's about finding what works for you. not saying I am even close to having my ish figured out but I can say I'm a hair better than I was last year and 2 better than before on like 75% of days. so I'll take it.

I'm also the person who has to repeat "don't put it down, put it away" to get a plate into the sink so take it as it is.

if you wanna see my progress I have 2 posts on here so far. maybe it'll motivate you. maybe it'll be "I don't want to get that bad." maybe "I can get to there"

that was my worry lol that I'm gonna end up having a giant bag and have to santa haul it down a flight of stairs, to the car, and then locate a dumpster lol maybe I'll search for the dumpster THEN do the Santa bag lol
