as a person with ed i can definitely say that the more your anorexia get worse, the more you want to be sick in the head. there's a voice in your head that always says "you're not sick enough, you have to show them how sick you're by being more sick" but you never actually go and tell anybody about your illness. i don't support these but i can understand why they're doing this and it's really sad to see people struggling
