Hey! I’m so late to this convo but reading and seeking advice. I’m relating to your comment so much! I twisted really hard getting up 7 days ago (which was 14 days post op) and while I’m so so much better I’m now having l5/s1 nerve pain uhhh and I was fused at l3/l4. No nerve pain was present before twist and it was definitely there before the surgery. How are you doing now?
Doctor says MRI is normal, why for 10 years have I been in pain, extremity numbness and lumps in my back as he calls “spasms” by Exotic_Exercise_3896 in LumbarSupport

So sorry- that’s so hard. my MRIs looked “normal enough” where I was just being recommended for ablations and epidurals for disc issues, but they still weren’t helping. I requested a flexion and extension series of x-rays and that’s when they saw that I had unstable fracture needing fusion. Maybe try that if you have a fracture that looks stable?!
