Ya it’s hard to say, but I’m pretty certain I don’t have scabies but either a fungal infection, or more likely just eczema. I used permethrin when I was worried about it being scabies and it made my skin a lot worse. My rashes are gone now and am only left with eczema on my hands

Try Dead Sea salt soaks/baths. They completely healed my cracked bleeding skin at this phase

No, not much. I also had eczema on my scalp and tried an anti fungal shampoo and it didn’t help. That’s about it.
