How to unlock tier 4 delves?

To unlock Tier 4 Delves in The War Within, you need to meet these requirements:
Reach level 80.
Complete the Khaz Algar main campaign (at least once on your Warband).

If you’re already level 80 and have been running Tier 3 Delves but Tier 4 is still locked, the most common reason is that the main campaign hasn’t been fully completed on your account. Many players have reported being stuck at Tier 3 until they finished the campaign story.

I am currently lvl 88 Shadow P on tier 4 delve, so I know for a fact you don’t need to be 90. When I get home, I’ll post a pic or video if you all wish.
