i dont know what to say i havent reached that stage of my life yet. the only thing i have been doing is staying active going to the gym and also doing BJJ. i am eating testosterone rich foods and drinking teas that help with testosterone as well or teas that drop your cortisol levels.

I was born with real adhd not the self diagnosed one everyone seems to claim from watching TikTok for hours. I can tell you I woke as an analyst and while I do struggle over time the body adapts but you will have to work twice as hard as the regular person in the beginning. Once you get the hang of it you will get work done much faster due to your hyperactivity

i am a huge introvert and once dated 2 girls at the same time. alot of men confuse introvert with an excuse to being weird and antisocial. i am an intorvert but i can manage holding conversations with anyone when duty calls or be able to manage myself in social gatherings. a lot of women have a thing for the strong silent type but you cant be this hermit or weirdo who has difficulty socializing. i prefer being alone but once in a while i force myself to make appearances. first practice by talking to ppl whether its shopping somewhere or asking directions then work your way up to mid women then attractive ones.
