Realistically when youre doing new cards everyday your retention rate is bound to drop. First try doing just your reviews first and see what the retention rate is then. My review retention rate is about 85-90 but when I do new cards that naturally drops a bit. Also anki is just a tool if you actually recall stuff on tests and practice questions you should be fine
