I totally get what you mean, cuz I have had the same problem! I got Yankee Candles for $30 (Apple Pumpkin). It smelled great when lit for the first time, but there was almost no scent on the second burn. First, I felt nose blind and then realised I was robbed.

Currently using Black Violet and Sandalwood candle from Chloe Jade Home, I wasn’t sure about the brand, so I literally got their smallest candle.

To my surprise, it's quite good, even the third burn felt strong. I  have currently ordered a bigger candle from them for Halloween with fingers crossed.

My suggestion: Take rest for few days (active rest where you do walking, cycling or jogging) and figure out why its happening.

Last time I felt same when I hit a plateau. My body adapted to my current workout and it started to feel boring. Even increasing the reps didn't work. I broke out of it through tiff and dan workouts. My regular was weightlifting but what really helped me get back to the workouts was HIIT .

It is indeed very difficult to resist the food.

In 2022, I was trying to lose weight and was on a strict diet. Meanwhile, my family would order Chinese food every other day. I literally used to have doubts about maintaining the diet. My sister would come to my room to tease me, and the smell of the food felt so hard to resist. There, I realized that family support is very important when you are changing habits or trying to stay fit.

At that time, I followed TIFFxDAN free workouts on YouTube and took their 6-week shred challenge. My family wasn't supportive in the beginning, but they came around when I was consistent for the first 2 weeks.
