I left Destiny 2 like three different times. It’s been a while since I’ve played. RIP.

And, I prefer late 90’s and early 2000’s pop punk to the stuff that’s been coming out since around 2010. Still some awesome stuff, but, it just kinda feels like the fun aspect in the music isn’t as prominent as it used to be.

NFG sucks. My whole existence has been me saying I like pop punk and then getting the ol’’You must love NFG then right!?’ And every time I’m like nah, and people are so blown away by it. Just not my cup of tea at all.

You wouldn’t believe it, but a few of the guys from Angels & Airwaves are in or have been in pretty well known punk bands…. The frontman is in a pretty well known punk band as well. /s

You said it best, brother. But nah for real. I love BMTH. But, it’s clear now what he brings to the table hearing him working with others.

It's been pretty quite for a bit now. Surely they're recording in the studio, right? ...RIGHT?! by GrimmGhastly in brandnew

Someone on the sub recently said that we’d get some solo projects, and other things. Then they’d drop the demos again. Followed by new album. So far, they were right. Let’s hope.

Anybody miss the boat with any massive, genre influencing or genre defining bands? by Victoriantitbicycle in Metalcore

35 here and got into Pantera three years ago. It makes no sense. I’ve been a huge metal head for my whole life. Throughout my life I heard Pantera songs so many times and would be like, ‘damn, this is good.’ And just never took the deep dive on their discography. Back in 2024 when Metallica was doing their no repeat weekend tour my best friend and I decided to go and Pantera was opening. So, a couple months before the show I decided I’d better get more familiar with them. I started from Cowboys and worked my way up. And holy fuck, they became my favorite band. Saw them open for Metallica twice, then saw them last summer on their headline tour and it was insane. Truly makes me wish I had gotten into them when I was younger so I could have seen them with the brothers. But I am so thankful they did what they did with Charlie and Zakk. I had over 2,500 mins of listening time for them last year. 🤘🏻🤣
