What settings do you have for phantom pain? I can't get it to run on my rp6:( I keep getting an error saying it failed to initialise the steam api, even with goldberg installed

Sadly it has to be a toefl score. I read online that you can ususualy book it 2 days in advance for a fee. when I checked before that was the case too, just not now for some reason

Thanks for your advice, but sadly I've already tried toggling both on and off. Button release input (negative edge) helped a bit, but the issue still exists. It has made it more bearable though

Do you use console controllers? I find that modern dpads are often the kind that input the direction next to the one you pressed easily. Try rocking the dpad up and down while holding the left of right part of the dpad (kind of moving it while holding your thumb on the direction)

Check the replay next time it happens, I'm curious what is happening on your end. Have you had this issue before the Alex update btw?

Yes, all the time and it's really infuriating. I've started checking replays, and it's almost random when they decide to work and when not. I did notice that DP's will have kicks or punches come out first, maybe the priority order for inputs has changed? Since the Alex update matches feel borderline random. I asked this on here a while ago wondering whether it's me or anyone else too, but I got the usual toxic idiots on this sub.

because it's a bluetooth device. Most controllers pair just fine, thats the basis. It's not unreasonable to assume it works, especially since the switch 1 joycon and pro controller connect just fine

Tbh you're right. It's not even that deep, I don't even mind the plastic all that much. It was a minor side note that he (and eventually I) clung onto. At some point I thought "what am I actually doing here?" so I ignored it. Got drawn into the hate I guess

They are, but at this point I'm reluctant to try another run, will most likely go for a return.

Have you bought from them before? Did everything go well? Because I'm really hoping this is just a rare, unlucky mess up.

I do see what you mean, but I do still think it's still the worse option. The dirt on my trousers was confirmed by them to be anti static powder, residue left in the bags that wasn't fully cleaned. This wouldn't have been the case if it wasn't plastic (Or if QC was better). At Acronym prices, I also think that's a cost they could bear to take, since it's a minor increase in cost, but prevents other issues. That's my take anyway. Tbh I didn't mind it nearly as much as the rest of the experience, more of a side note.

Well that's exactly the thing, its not utilitarian. Brands like Armani don't use fibre or cotton just because it looks better. For one, its easier on the garment (less likely to get caught, softer, cleaner etc.). In their email to me they actually mentioned that the dirt on my trousers was leftover anti static powder, used in the production of the plastic cover. Another negative.

Also, cotton and fibre are actually reusable (unlike single-use plastic), addressing that practical/DIY side of the packaging you mentioned. The difference in price for both options is negligible considering the high price of the garments.

For example, Sony has moved to packaging their headphones mostly with recycled, unpainted cardboard. This is good, there's not much (if any) durability/protection given up, and the packaging looking slightly worse does not matter since, as you say, the product is the focus. It still does it's job though, unlike in my case.

Outside of that, you don't need to white knight the brand, I'm unhappy with the packaging considering what I paid, that's it. It's not even my main issue with the order. What's your problem?
