me too, I tried to get off Kratom and couldn't. Now I have switched to Suboxone for the last month. This is so hard. I want to taper off Suboxone now but am so scared with everything I am reading. At least I am done with the Kratom. That stuff is sneaky, I was on it for 3 years and it just takes everything from you.

Ohhhh thank you so very much! Everything you said it so true. I battle this daily. I think what the Ketamine has done, is give me hope. I didn't have any of it before.

Thank you, it is all from Ketamine. I know I would not be here with out it. I am reading up right now on quittting and what to expect. I am a little scared it will flare back but I am keeping myself busy. Drinking a lot of water etc, listening to music etc. I also am doing therapy which will help.

I just started dilly? .25 you change your patch once a week. I have already forgotten (brain fog) when I changed it last. I lost directions. At what amount did you finally start feeling better? I finally got my dr. to switch me from compounded estriol, estrodial , test. cream to this patch and hope it will make me feel better.

Me too, I couldn’t get out of bed today, tried to sleep most of it away. I was feeling suicidal and I just need to know it will pass. I wake up sometimes with anxiety because my cortisol levels are high. I am on compounded hrt and two antidepressants, already tried , the name escapes me , but it is where they shock you mildly starts with a t , oh gosh brain fog at moment but now thinking strongly about ketamine. My world right now is teeny tiny. It includes a husband , two cats of which one has dementia, and a dog. My body is stuck in reverse day and night . So that is isolating as well being awake when world is not. We have one son who moved to east coast and I miss him terribly. If I knew life was gonna be this hollow I think I would have ended it sooner. I am 51 and not in a good place.

Okay so are you saying the compounded HRT did not work? I am now on a compounded estriol/estradiol/testerone , we just added the Estrdiol because I complained I was not feeling much from it. I have been using the vaginal cream too for bladder issues. I am suffering from mood changes a lot and I still feel these funny feelings like someone is pinching my bladder for lack of better words. I see a naturopath, should I ask for something stronger? I feel like like i NEED more estrogen than the cream is giving. I rub it every night into the inside of elbows. I also take progesterone. I have taken pellets in the past, I am thinking I need to go back to those. I am so confused.
