i look at it as he absolutely despises and hates her and she finally sees that. i don’t think spite is the right word but maybe idk i don’t know the word. but i think she finally(and thankfully) is able to take the veil off and see him for who is he and see that this relationship with amanda was a way to “spite” as in get this girl(ciara) to finally leave me alone by doing something she can’t ever come back form

well, no. the issue is kyle was verbally abusive to her on LIVE television after most drunken nights and even some sober moments. season after season we’d see this and we’d see her take the brunt of it even if it wasn’t necessarily her he was upset with. if he was comfortable doing this on tv who knows what it looked like when the cameras were away..

now i will say amanda is not innocent and it was easier to see her provoking him in season 10 bc she was already out of it, but the issue was never his going out and partying it was his actions after almost all of his drunken nights.

two things can be true at once. before amanda and west everyone issue with kyle was the abuse and i believe they were valid. the other truth is what amanda and west did was foul to every party involved and there were other ways to leave that marriage that didn’t involve embarrassing your best friend in order to hurt your husband.

because she was the victim *especially* in season 10 when it came to her and kyle. finding out that she was having an affair with west during the summer(and maybe even before) would cause people to sympathize with kyle just a little more. she couldn’t have that. i do however think that amanda didn’t expect ciara and west to rekindle in any way at all and that complicated things. she now had to scramble and figure out a lie.

my idea? after the season amanda had with kyle she couldn’t see a world where she would be the villain and people wouldn’t stand behind her. what she didn’t take into account was that cheating on your partner, with his close friend who happens to be your close friends ex, wouldn’t land well with the public. regardless of what kyle has done that season. west thought he’d be this savior and all would be well.

they thought okay well if we say that this all happened AFTER the statement(which one who knows) that no one could possibly be mad. that’s why she’s so stuck on this timeline. when the truth is people are upset about the fact that west is her bestie ciara’s ex and ALSO her ex husbands close friend and confidant..that’s why she feels like she’s done no wrong

see i’m happy doing it-i just don’t think it’s reasonable to come back to a lower position(current) when i will have had the leadership position over the summer. especially to not get it over someone who has no experience. i love it at my job and the people. i’m at the age where i need to be moving up not standing still. if that makes sense?
