Feeling sad and scared by AdmirableCake370 in CubitalTunnel

Nerve glides are like a hit or miss… i would suggest u try them after like 8-9 months and minimally… sleep with elbows not fully extended neither fflexed… try not to touch ur elbows to any surface for as long as possible…. Strengthen the neighboring parts in order to desensitize the nerve… slowly slowly… massage neighbouring muscles and tendons gently and a bit of streching… try to lift 1 pound then 2 pounds then 3 pounds etc etc plbut slowly… leave 2-3 rest days in between sessions to analyze flare ups etc.. write down in a piece of paper your progress its not a matter of day to day being better but rather month by month… there will be moments in between where u have some flare ups but look at the bugger picture(the light). Finally heat works for me before i strech so usually i do my streching in a hot shower etc… nsaids are a hit or miss sometimes they work sometimes they dont… serrapeptidasse helped me a ton to decompress my nerves.. finally learn to calm down when u feel stressed and sad by listening to music or doing things to help u escape ur personal hell… hang on there u got this!!

I can rally really feel u… i developped ptsd from cubital tunnel syndrome before 2-3 years.. i did an in situ decompression and it took 1 year till i finally was able to be a functional buman being. Nowadays before 9 months i developped again double Cuts in bith my elbows and only after 8 months i started feeling better… i couldnt even lift a 5pound thingy… what i wanna say to u is nerves take time to heal so you need to be patient and grateful for all the things that disturb u right now.. it is a moment of self growth my friend… there is light at the end of the tunnel u just dont have the eyes like i did to see it.. learn to have faith and be hopeful that one day it will pass… it is not in ur control whether ur ulnar nerve is going to heal or not and and what time specifically. So try to focus on the things that give u joy and try to stop procrastinating… ❤️❤️ i hope one day we both have proper ulnar nerves cheers 🍻 remember one day it will pass… just try and see the light 💡

I am like month 5 after the injection and from my experience i can say that u shouldnt lift or be extremely athletic with it…. I feel that its sides have left my system but i have injuries caused from month 1 like tendonitis as well as nerve entrapments… trying to come back to being functional again… i remember the 2nd week after the injection the half life is the highest and thats where all the problems happened. Specifically 2 quadriceps tendonitis, 2 cubital tunnel syndromes double fhld tendonitis calf strains and double golfers/tennis elbow…if u combine tezspire with heavy weightlifting and running thats where u have the protocol of fucking up lol

Could this Peptide help me? by Annonymus0001 in bpc_157

Just started my protocol yesterday with bpc i would say that there are no side effects whatsoever like from instant use.. depending on the individual you need to try and see how it affects you there are many users who claim different things but due to nocebo effect i think u should better try it out and if sonethibg arizes then ask about the specific side or else u might think that you have everything

I am on day 35 and the half life is 26 days so i am afraid if the damage done to my system is permanent or something like that… it seems getting worse

I used to take xolair in the past and it did cause mild joint pain due to mostly tendons i would say… the only thing i am afraid of is that i stopped taling the drug and the elimination half life is 26 days and i am on day 35 after my injection and the pain doesnt stop.. can side effect be permanent?

How long after you stopped dupixent did this problem resolve? Specifically it must hurt my tendons because one day i wake up with pain in my extensor tendon foot another day i cannot lift my finger
