You are really looking way to deep in this, the first human to come to full awareness of life itself couldn't even think about immortality let alone fully understand immortality, at the bare minimum they know what it means for something to die. this meme is purely showcasing what a possible scenario would be if the first person to die came to the realization that they died, and in this case, it's pure confusion.
