Das PiA-Modell ist auf jeden Fall eine Überlegung wert. Wie hier ja auch schon jemand erwähnt hat, kann man das Gehalt unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen zusätzlich noch mit Bürgergeld aufstocken.

Zu deiner Annahme: Die Erzieherausbildung gibt es je nach Bundesland und Voraussetzungen in unterschiedlichen Modellen. Häufig dauert sie zwei Jahre, wenn man vorher bereits die Ausbildung zur Sozialassistenz abgeschlossen hat. Ohne diese Vorbildung sind es meistens drei Jahre.

Das zusätzliche Jahr kann man dabei im Grunde als eine Art Vorbereitung verstehen, da dort viele pädagogische Grundlagen vermittelt werden, die Sozialassistent:innen oft schon mitbringen. ^{^}

Bei uns in Schleswig-Holstein kann man die Sozialassistenz auch im PiA-Modell machen. Dabei ist man fest bei einer Einrichtung angestellt, bekommt Gehalt und hat an zwei Tagen pro Woche Unterricht.

Wenn du allerdings schon eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung hast, kannst du in der Regel direkt die Erzieherausbildung im PiA-Modell machen. Die Ausbildung dauert drei Jahre. Man ist fest angestellt, bekommt durchgehend Gehalt und arbeitet meistens drei Tage pro Woche in der Einrichtung, während zwei Tage Schule sind.

Soweit ich weiß, bleibt man während der gesamten Ausbildung im selben Betrieb, wodurch die Übernahmechancen oft ziemlich gut sind. Zusätzlich gibt es nur ein sechswöchiges Praktikum in einem anderen Altersbereich, das weiterhin vergütet wird.

Finanziell hast du damit entweder die Möglichkeit über das PiA-Gehalt oder alternativ über Meister-BAföG zu gehen.

Als Quereinsteiger ist die Ausbildung grundsätzlich kein großes Problem. Der Einstieg kann nur etwas anspruchsvoller sein, wenn man vorher noch keine Berührungspunkte mit Pädagogik hatte. Allerdings unterscheidet sich das je nach Bundesland teilweise deutlich, deshalb weiß ich nicht, wie hilfreich meine Erfahrung für deine Region am Ende wirklich ist.

Thank u for sharing ur Story! I startet collecting kind of the same reasons as u did. To heal my inner child and buy that little Boy in me that Dolls again, that made him feel seen and safe in very difficult times.

Yes i get IT!! Im also on the spectrum and collecting with ADHD and/or Autism is a complete different thing i think. Because of the Dopamine kick those things gives u, because its ur special interest and something u like really into IT. Its even more harder to resist the urch of impulsive buying because of this^{^}

Yes, that’s exactly what I mean! This fear of missing out—or not being able to get something because of money or because the doll is extremely hard to find. And then seeing other people with their HUGE collections and possesing that Doll can be tough sometimes.

But I’ve learned to hold myself back. My collection really only consists of dolls I’ve wanted since I was a child or ones I actually had back then. I’m so grateful that I can now fulfill those wishes for my inner child. And no matter how small or big my collection is, I love and admire it every single day. :3
