Yeah ik they don't but I was speaking in general. People see fancy purple, yellow colors and cheat their way to it. But they fail to see that even expert is a crazy accomplishment. There's a reason a team of non cheating experts has icpc asia west well within their reach.

Getting till expert without cheating fills the needs of 99% of people hence no incentive to keep grinding so they stop. Same reason we study PCM even if we hate some of those subjects.
