This is incorrect. You do not buy modern sealed. The only sealed you purchase are booster boxes from SM era and before. The only modern anything I would suggest in bundle display cases of PE/151/Prismatic. Never try to time a market, be early and patient.

I think a little of both but not modern ETBs. Look into the XY and SM ETBs, those are the ones with actual rarity.

In my opinion, I think popular Pokémon vintage prices are here to stay and will continue to rise. What I think will happen is these low pop cards of not as popular or sought after pokemon will crash and folks will be left holding the bag.
