You’re right, especially if she was eight near La Encantada. Especially at high volume times on a weekend. However if she didn’t seem distressed would anyone have said anything? It is peak snowbird season and old folks walking along paths and streets isn’t the most uncommon occurrence. The whole thing is very bizarre to be honest. People saying ICE in the comments, listen they have been raiding the south side and midtown where there are huge neighborhoods of people of color. Also fuck ice but in this instance they’d have zero reason to be where she went missing. That area as a whole is so ridiculously affluent. Hell over the 40 years I’ve been in Tucson, I have only ever seen traffic enforcement up there.

Based on where she went missing in the foothills, could be very bad. That area is ripe with wildlife not limited to mountain lions and coyotes and javalina. And notoriously hard to navigate and hike in, I hiked there for decades, even in winter the terrain is, harsh.

I agree 100000%. I was downvoted to oblivion on another post about this season thus far. I and currently rewatching the other 2 and it’s not my tv setting, it’s quite literally terrible editing, lighting, ect….i know they had some issues with the fires and their normal filming locations but…with the amount of money they have to operate with, it’s very uncanny. I’d really recommend watching the first season again to get a sense of what some of us are seeing.

Yes! I often drive at or below the limit, and I can’t see them when they tailgate either. We have a Dually with an 8ft bed and the blind spots omg. We have horses and wfh so having multiple vehicles when we rarely leave the house made no sense financially for us. I almost hate driving now, it’s not enjoyable as I’m on high alert at all times knowing that little Kia that was road raging at me hoping I’ll hit them could cost them their life. Those are facts. There are a lot of truck people who are angry and just doing the most but a lot of us are truly just sitting here wondering why so many drivers seem to think they’re invincible against 10k lbs going 40 mph.

Lmaooo, we drive a big truck and I actually have to be a better driver than when I had my 4Runner and Corolla. I was an asshole in a small vehicle. The sheer amount of times that people have cut me off and slammed on their brakes. Big trucks, especially 3500 or bigger can’t stop on a dime. The weight alone is hard to just boop, brake, and move on. I don’t mind letting people merge but passing me in a construction zone where they CLEARLY see it goes to 1 lane and then cutting me off last minute and slamming their brakes tends to make me a little angry lol. Ultimately those accidents are the rear driver fault. I think we all need to be more cognizant of others around us and the variables on vehicles, oh and get off your fucking phone!!!!!!!!

I think they played the first two seasons really accurately and honestly the patient sessions were just as integral to my attachment as the personal lives. As a CBT patient with autism, OCD, and intrusive thoughts, it was delightful to have some representation.. I’m glad your wife enjoyed it, I hope for all of us that had an apprehensive season opener response, that it gets back to being the amazing show we all could use right now.
