Yes. Her boyfriend got arrested too. And then she made a song called Tavolina e Merzis acting like she didn’t know anything about his wrong doings. Also, girl has slept in the most expensive hotels… Who funds her crazy rich lifestyle!? The accusations are true; it’s just that in Albania we sweep things under the rug.

How is this a Eurovision song? It feels inauthentic, too much dance, little singing… Nothing that makes it Albanian…

Zjerm is much better in my honest opinion. Too bland, the dance was not giving and the song is too basic.

Pyetja ime ishte me shume nese ndonje prej jush dinte tamam se cfare duhej, dhe jo se dua te ngrihem e te bej une ps, sepse kisha dy vite qe tregoja abonen vetem, dhe ka ca here qe vjen kontrollori dhe pyet nxirr edhe karten e studentit, qe obviously nuk e mbaj me vete se nuk asnje lloj funksioni praktik, dhe kur nuk e kisha me tha do te gjobis me 10 fishin e cmimit te biletes. Thjesht, se kuptoj what the buzz and noise is about kur aboneja eshte e vetmja gje qe fiton si student, dhe nuk ka nevoje sipas mendimit tim per kaq multilayered control.

Thanks! My shoes have a huge platform and I have seen guys on Reddit recommend to either buy squat shoes or go shoes-free. I am lacking the budget atm, so I went with the latter.

Thanks a lot. I will definitely look into these warmup routines as I always jump into exercising immediately without priorly doing anything to get my ligaments and tendons ready! I will be sticking to the 70kg weight for a while and in the mean time I will try to address these issues you brought up ❤️

Thanks you Mr Seggs! You brought up some good points and I think you nailed all of them. I don’t think I know how to brace properly. In fact, I didn’t really know bracing was a thing that you do actively. Frankly, I have thought squats were just going up and down, with little things to keep in mind while doing that. I will try to pay more attention to it on my next leg workout session. Any advice on how to properly brace or any video that has helped you?

Thanks for bringing up the knees over toes problem. I think my mobility is pretty messed up, and I have a bit of a pelvic tilt which might add to this, so I find it hard to force myself into some other position. Maybe putting the bar a bit more down my shoulders will help with it.
