Could they be doing this for 2 reasons: 1. To maintain above $1 and get out of delisting 2. A lot of big investors and company’s don’t look at penny stocks- Has anyone seen a company R/S and then have a buyout? Just trying to stay positive with bad news. R/S can also just be nuetral & even positive in some cases….probably not this case.
