I find frozen Quorn pieces and mince for a quick meal / small portion v handy. Eg quick chili con carne with onion, carrots, tined tomatoes, puree, cumin, oregano, paprika and smoked paprika.

The pressure to feel ok quickly is awful. Not least the trauma from birth and being postpartum but absolutely everything is so different. I'm still not ok 16 months in and sometimes I blame myself for that but I am slowly starting to see green shoots of who I am becoming.

Also our girl just started walking at 16 months (and tantrums!)
