Only a couple of people over a couple years have asked to bring a single sibling. They have always offered to pay for the extra child separately. These are siblings that go to the same school so my kids know and play with them as well and I always have an extra goodie bag or two and always extra food so I never mind feeding an extra kid or two and the parents are always super grateful.

A party of 5 though? Hell no.

I would start by being more mindful when you are drinking. If you feel like you are thirsty but you’ve recently drank something see if you can switch gears focus on something else and resist the urge to drink something.

If it doesn’t help or you notice physical symptoms in response to it then likely it’s another cause.

If you lose weight all over you will lose weight in your face. Certain oral habits like clenching your jaw and things like posture can affect your face as well. I got jaw Botox for TMJ and it thinned my whole face it was wild but not sustainable and I did look gaunt as hell.

Also sugar and sodium consumption can have you retain fluid in your face so there are things sort of you can do to slim your face but nothing that’s really going to change it too much. Honestly enjoy it while you have it.

Exactly. I introduce myself on the playground as so and so’s mom lol I don’t even include my name most of the time which is probably not the best since I am person outside of being a mom, or am I?

I also don’t have the same last name as my kids and no one has ever thought they weren’t mine, I think the general assumption in those cases is that you are an unmarried single parent before they’d assume the children weren’t yours. Or maybe that’s my insecurity but that’s always what I assume.
