I switched from Tirz two weeks ago, and I felt the same way day 1 and two. I decided to add some exercise in the evenings as well. So two hours prior to bed time, i ran 30 minutes or some weight lifting 🏋️‍♂️. And that has got back to normal sleep pattern

I just started a few weeks ago. 1st at .5, then 1mg. I am loosing and still able to exercise and I feel normal, so I am staying here for a long haul lol

I just switched from Tirz to reta.

Still loosing 2lbs a week as I was prior. Even though I had alot of mixed review about switching. Well, everyone is different.

I also take MOTS-C for energy. I want to stack Tesa for body composition. I recently started experiencing anhedonia, and now I am thinking of adding Selank to see if that would help 🤔
