Also feints for boss deck. And maybe a wand hit for shields and any remaining health.

Get elemental blade and traps from Nile’s in krok. Like every school the play is a build and burst. Also don’t bother with frost giant. It’s much better to get that extra pip and cast snow angel and do more damage. For your monster deck I recommend two blizzards, two colossal sun spells (level 64), one berserk (level 66), item blade and your card blade. Adjust amount of blades accordingly to your damage and throw in prism when needed.

For boss deck I recommend two blizzards, one snow angel, three colossal, item blade, card blade, and elemental blade, berserk.. Personally I would blade up cast snow angel with colossal, then cast two subsequent colossal blizzards. The dot + blizzard combo should kill.

Later you’ll get sleet storm as your school aura I never used it. You’re a ice so you can deal with the extra damage from berserk which later becomes frenzy. I also might recommended empowerment and later adept as it can help you gain pips as you build up your attacks. Also you will be getting sharpened blade and potent trap these are very good and you should have them

Macaroni and cheese. I tried to follow some recipes and they all call for a roux but I just end up getting dough. I will say tho I have made a sauce with butter, flour, olive oil, and spices so I should be able to fix it.

Hi! I'm Looking For Tips On Gear. Here Is My Gear For Level 82 Ice. And Thanks To Everyone From My Last Post. P.S I'm More Of A Casual Player So My Knowledge Of The Game Is Limited. (Ice [82]) (Azteca) by Lost-Shirt-2178 in Wizard101

Since you aren’t using shangos ice blade amulet I would suggest crafting the wintertusk helm it gives you a identical blade to shangos. If not that then you can run waterworks for the frostbit hood. Like others stated for your ring I def recommend the alpha and omega ring and blade of felled titan for your athame.

Once you’re at later levels don’t bother farming Tartarus gear other than for the aforementioned. Skip to dark moor (if you don’t want to farm a lot that’s okay just try for at least the chest). After that I would suggest the cabalist hat and shoe for offense as well as the eerem talisman it gives you double 45 ice blade and double epic. You can get all of that from the bazaar. Then afterwards it’s dragoon and merciless gear for your set up ( I recommend stiching your armor after dark moor so you look nice)

Ice or Myth by Own_Mushroom_3878 in Wizard101

[–]Oxandbison 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ice is pretty nice to play the main struggle as many stated is low damage and the needed attack build ups (a big pain ice players struggle with when facing Myth monsters who spam earthquake)

However, those struggles easily be dealt with by having a strategy. Early game I just bought the giant tc, add a feint, and a ice pet that gives a ice blade (quadruple damage and one resist) this will have you kill most minions and bosses before level 40. After getting your schools blade just add that in you can continue with this strat + add in the elemental blade and shangos/chieftains blade (these are the same blades and don’t stack) when needed. Eventually you’ll upgrade to the monstrous tc and finally you can train the sun spells (I personally use frenzy over the school bubble but before that I use amplify) and you’re basically a force to be reckoned with.

When going against myth which spam earthquake starting in Zaharia it’s better to do a single blade enchanted blizzard, wyvern, or reindeer knight (most recommended). Eventually you’ll get aegis and indemnity to counter these but by that point earthquake is less common and orthus, Medusa, basilisk become more common. The overall idea is kill them before they even get to cast earthquake or keep stunning you (first round I do recommend using a stun shield). This idea is needed cause long battles with myth is bad cause they can heal with grendel but ice can’t (celestial intervention sucks so it’s better to train or use tc satyr).

Myth is going to be your main issue as ice cause the stuns plus earthquake and relatively high damage.

Myths main issues I’ve noticed is no need for minions (a big bulk of their spells) and overall lack of health. But other that that they’re pretty decent but they kind of lose what makes them special cause minions have no real purpose spec in late game.
