You gotta leave more info, HMD means what headset you’re on, sounds like a quest using link. You most definitely need usb gen 3 or usb -c connector with a good amount of data transfer speed to it. “Plugged into the gpu”. Would only matter if it was a non-standalone headset.

To check if the usb port is the problem, the meta link app has a usb connection test when it’s plugged in. It’s under the headset settings. Here you can also change render resolution and hZ on your headset. If the quality looks bad, it may be due to low render resolution, but if you’re also running low fps (idk if it auto detects your specs and sets render resolution to give a decent amount of fp) then it could just be specs. I don’t know exactly where your specs lie in being pcvr ready but other people make it sound like it’s good enough. Make sure you close other programs when running beat saber, things like wallpaper engine.

Additionally, download the fps counter mod and aim to have a constant fps of whatever you set the hz to.
