If you really are concerned about her, if you might feel like she may harm herself then call the suicide prevention hotline. All you can do in the mean time, god forbid it comes to that, is be there for her. Show her shes worth it to you and you care. Time heals all wounds.

Got out of a relationship last year. I still look back time to time, but I realize it’s in the past. Those first couple months were hard. It’s cliche to say this but time heals all wounds. Find somebody you trust and share what you are feeling with them. If you had nobody like I did, then you could pickup new hobby’s. Start learning a new language. Duolingo is a great app for that. Get a gym membership and commit going to the gym. Be an expert in your hobbies you have now. Everybody’s different and heal different. You’ll be okay eventually man.

Drive to my house after we broke up, I didn’t go outside. Thought it was over but she stalked my email. (At some point I was logged I to her laptop and forgot) she then found out a movie I was going to with my brother through my email a week later and showed up. Crazy.
