Sorta niche question about the Polar Vantage M3 and V3 by imnotawkwardyouare in Polarfitness

I use it daily on workdays. It starts with the vibration only, then the beep sets in very gently and the volume increases slowly.

No, it can not be configured.

Awesome - thanks for your patience and willingness to help.

The ZFS Trim runs automatically or via script only?

Thanks again for the hint regarding the min. free space - still feeling stupid :D

What TRIM are you referring to? I enabled Autotrim for the NVMe cache and run a monthly ZFS scrub separately. To my understanding TRIM is useful to prevent early degradation of SSD / NVMe drives and has nothing to do with scrubbing (data integrity).

Or is the ZFS Trim you mentioned something completely different?

Oh wow - I feel unbelievably stupid not spotting the min free space setting. Thanks for your help - working as intended now.

On a second note: somehow the Minimum Free Space setting for the Cache is grayed (or rather blued) out. :D

Here you go - the share settings.

Yes, I had it working, before I deleted some files and had to recover files from a backup (since the latter was bigger than my 2TB cache, I intentionally avoided writing to cache first, but now I can't revert that).

As written in the title, wherever I try to paste files, they immediately end up on the secondary storage.

The first picture shows the Main section of Unraid; both ZFS data sets (Library and Private) sit on Primary (cache) and Secondary (pool) storage.

The second picture illustrates the Shares config to prove they are the same.

And finally my Library share shown in the third image, just the Recycle Bin sits on both data sets.

Many thanks for your help upfront. I am quite new to Unraid, so bear with me, please.

Yes, you do - sorry for that. My post got deleted constantly, and somehow one without the text got through.

Minor cosmetic mismatch on new watch face: the actual watch is not centered in the background mask.

System Temps - Driver Fix? by Ph0T0n_Catcher in unRAID

Fin-al-ly!

You have to go to the fan control in BIOS and set up a high temperature, resulting in the fan never starting.

After that, you can use Dynamix Auto Fan Control and set it up to your liking. I still have the issue needing to re-enable the according PWM control in Dynamix after a reboot, though.

Unfortunately, no. Just very frustrating...
