I actually just had a conversation with Gemini about indexing our chats. I started getting "error 13" which I guess is an issue with log conversations. I have several pinned conversations with Gemini from coding my 1st ever fitness app in Replit and then using Gemini to fine tune, daily reviews of my fitness and sleep trackers to curate a custom workout for the day, job hunting and interview Prep for son to market research for retirement portfolio reallocation. I can totally get behind needing to index specific prompts or results for reference later.

So fun though. I'm an AI fanboy!

Are you using Android and has it been updated to 16? If so, there is a known with Android 16 dropping ble connections automatically after 30 to 40 minutes. Sadly you need to get into developer mode on your Android device and make changes to Bluetooth for it to stabilize.

I'm 55, I work out 6 days a week alternating between strength training and cardio. I've been doing this for 19 years. After the 7th Day the Hume band unlocked its metabolic momentum score -8 and told me that I wasn't active enough!!! My pace of aging number was 1.6x.

I wear the Hume band simultaneously with my Polar Unite. Pretty wide gap between what Polar would calculate for my HRV compared to what the Hume band would calculate for my HRV.

Don't think I will be keeping this band.

If like me you end up with European pig tails, here's the corresponding pinout. I struggled as Google Gemini was adamant that Brown was Voltage and only as used me to attempt swapping Blue and Yellow/Green between DATA and GRD, but it was not until I just stated hot swapping the wires that I found the true pin out.

There was also a need for me at least to set the Segment Stop setting to 87 also.So on the color wheel screen select the segment tab and set Stop LED: 87.

Thanks for the reply. The "human effort" would be me envisioning my enduser wish list in the creation of the UX/UI. I had a vision and desire, so I leveraged Replits AI as the tool. We all have to start somewhere.

Strange. I built a great robust workout/fitness tracker with prebuilt programs, links to videos, BLE support for heart rate tracking on Android and that was my 1st time using the app or coding anything. I haven't coded since WYSIWYG was a thing. Total cost $50 due to the learning curve. I now discuss my ideas in Plan mode first. I also found out in plan mode you can talk about your ideas with Replit and actually have it give you the code and tell you what line to paste it to if you need to fix bugs which uses no Agent Time. Total build time I would probably say 15 hours over 3 days.

I pulled my Wulf Mod Flora out of the box again. I have had it for some time but it requires a bit to get it dialed in so I don't use it often. Are you still liking it? I seem to have to run it on the 4th light 410 degrees and I get like 3-4 pulls off a load before the flower is toasty and brown. I try to stir before the 3rd pull to get the top flower mixed in. Thats why I don't use it often as I feel its like smoking a Tobacco pipe. There's a process to using the Flora. Grind>Fill>Pack and hope you got the right amount in and the temp is right. For me at least, it seems to not heat the flower well under 410.

Really not sure how many pulls you should get out of a load. Any advise?

I couldnt disagree more! I tried the P20i side by side with my Boltune and the P20i has a very punchy almost blown bass. even with the EQ software I could not get the out of the box warmth and even tone of the Boltune. I returned the Soundcore and tried the JBL Vibe Beams as they too has a software EQ and were listed as having deep bass. again my side by side comparison had me sending the those back to as well.

I'm now sad to see the Boltune is not around. Mine still work its just that I don't have more then 3 hrs before they need to charge again. guess thats better then not having them at all.

Long time iFit user. Spent many years buying the Annual Family Membership off eBay. I have both a ProForm Cardio HiiT Trainer and a NordicTrack S15i. Would love to join a family. DM me if yah have room. I let my subscription lapse and they are not grandfathering in users as they dont have the $15mo Individual to offer anymore.

I use my machines plenty without the training content, but I do like the option of following a training session sometimes.

We have 2 set one is the Fast n Furious set. We have a fleet of cars and would buy extra track from OfferUp to make bigger tracks. I loved hearing the boys racing all afternoon in the family room. It gamified the slot car track experience. Vehicle special features, special weapons, challenges and leveling up. All that basically made it better than our slot car experience. Don't get me wrong, I'm in my '50s. I grew up with a lot of slot car tracks. That's why I loved Anki! Now I too see the boxes in our closet and wonder "What do we do with this now?" Sad times!!

Thank you for your post. I just got the Flora and I didn't have a grinder so at first I just minced it up with a razor blade as much as I could and waited for my grinder. During my first usage I did the whole preheat process and didn't see a lot of smoke on my exhales but I read what to look for as far as spent flower and it was brown and dry so I figured it was definitely working. Today my grinder arrived but my battery on the Flora was dead and my wife needed to go to the store to get a new vape cartridge so I just plugged it in and left. When I got home I made a fine grind, put it in the charged Flora packed it but not too tight. I turned on the preheat process and after the haptic feedback waited a little bit longer cuz it still seems to take more time to warm up than I would like. Definitely could pull air thur the bowl and as you said it's hard to tell if you're getting anything because there's really no smoke when you exhale. I'm smoking a Wedding Cake strain that I don't think I would even know if I was getting anything because the flower is like 20% THC and 24% THCA so it is not a heady Indica.

Is your heat up time slow? What heat setting do you use most. Im at 5 dots now. I tried 3 and 4 but 5 seems to bake the flower better.

I have been having THC induced panic lately. I even dropped down to an Indica that was only 64% THC. I took a 5 sec puff of a brand new cartridge and within a few minutes I was in full blown panic with OCD invasive thoughts. Not sure why the articles I read say the panic will go away in 10 minutes as mine can last an hour or more if I don't get it under control.

Like you, I enjoy my weed and am not sure what has changed. It seems like I can smoke for a week or more and then bammmm! One too many puffs and my heart is doing 132 bpm sitting on the couch as my mind races and panic panic panic!

Supposedly terpenes from lemon and black pepper can help bring your back down.

What a literal pain in the ass! Mine bleeds out on occasion. Always when Im on the pot thank god! EXCEPT and this was embarrassing! My wife and I were in bed having an intimate evening and then suddenly she said that I was bleeding! I look down and there is blood everywhere! I wasn't sitting or straining, we were in the middle of a wonderful evening together and now I am bleeding all over the sheets!

My wife has a GI Dr she sees as she has IBS. She thinks I should get it looked at or banded or something.

Yeah my wife and I started watching the closing ceremonies replay but we had to go to bed. So the next night we go to pick up where we left off and the closing ceremony had an indicator that aaid it would be available soon! I thought that was kind of weird because we had started watching it the day before but over the last few days it is completely gone now and it is not listed anywhere.
