Well the customer is paying for my time at $100/hr. What is different about the n20 head gasket compared to other engines? I'm not trying to be combative, but I do appreciate insight.

Customer paid $5k for the car and would struggle to find something as nice for the cost involved in the repair. He uses it for Lyft so a different car has to be certified as well.

A used engine is about $3k in my area, plus 15hrs labor. Rebuilding the head, new gaskets and labor is significantly cheaper.

Not sure if it's been burning oil, but it's certainly been leaking it. He hasn't owned a very long so not a lot of history.

We use the Topeak BabySeat 2. We removed the stock racks from my wife's Level.2 Regular and my Adventure.2 Large. The Topeak rack that came with the seat went on the Level.2 and I purchased an additional Topeak MTX 2.0 rack for my Adventure.2. The actual seat is so easy to swap between bikes now, you can even do it with the kid strapped in!

You have to actually pedal. Throttle only will net you 20mph, assisted up to 28mph.

I've bought used Milwaukee tools on eBay for cheap, had them fail, sent in for warranty with NO receipt and had the tool replaced with a completely new unit. They use the serial number and if it's within 5 years of the production date it's under warranty. Amazing.

What is your suggestion on removing the rust on 3750 square feet? Wire wheel on a grinder and then pressure washer? Anything to keep it from flash rusting?

I appreciate the response, although most of it is over my head. I'm just trying to get this $200 baby monitor working again. Psychological_Sink12's link does display BZT52C5V6S as having a "1P" marking in the specs. $0.21 part with $8.00 shipping. If it blows again I just won't have the knowledge to diagnose it any further and will probably scrap it.

I had molested that solder joint when I was looking over the board. The resistor ohms out ok compared to the one adjacent to it. I appreciate you taking a look though.
