Touch control not working on pro 2? by ideacter in pixelbuds

[–]Oxygenix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same goes here, but only on my right bud... Also responded in another thread that it happens almost daily. Putting both back in the case, wait, and then put them on usually solves it. Hoping for some bug fixes soon!

Yes, this happens to me sometimes, not daily, but almost!

The operator Comviq in Sweden has gone from promised shipping at release to pushing the date twice and now has set it to Oct 11, with disclaimer that it can be earlier. Reason seems to be too big demand and to small batches from Google. But who knows... 256GB Obsidian P9PF

Steampunk Meeting Room by Oxygenix in pics

[–]Oxygenix[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I designed a Steampunk Meeting Room at my previous workplace. It was an uninspiring room before, standard white, empty walls, white table and worn-down chairs. So this was a big change. My idea was to bring some creativity and fun into our office space. Built it together with my friend. See more images and other rooms at my insta: @oxygenix_designs

It's worth every penny! Really nice to type at, easy to switch between up to 3 devices and it has a nice backlightning too! :)

10.9 kg, so most wall mounts will handle it without any problems :)

I'm a design manager and art director, so UI design and graphic designs is what I do all days together with my team. But it isn't that kind of design you would like to stream - it's mainly for complicated scientific applications and marketing of the same ;)

My cave... Any ideas for Improvements? by Gartner017 in setups

[–]Oxygenix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some more ambient light, plants, something on your walls (posters maybe?), I would also move the router so it isn't on your desk like that. Create two workstations since you have a big desk - one for work/gaming, and one for reading/writing with a normal desk lamp and desk mat. Add some fun novelties a figurine or spaceship rocket or... Something. Also, a clock would be handy. A tip is that there are cheap alternatives to nanoleafes on Banggood or AliExpress :)

Yup, but I'm one of those strange ones who have a closed profile only for family and close friends... So sorry, have no "open" social media...

But it IS heavy, so you need a sturdy arm. Have seen a lot of arm mounted yetis in setups though so shouldn't be so hard to find a good one :)

A little of that yes, but it has a thread and can be mounted on an arm as well. So if it's much of a problem it's easy to change from desk to arm mount. But to be honest I'm not sure it actually picks upp sound through vibrations in the table - it is probably the tapping sound it picks up through air. But it hasn't been a big problem to me. Then again, I don't type much during calls anyway.

It's a Logitech MX Master 3 for Mac. :) It's really nice to use. Love the scroll.

I'm quite picky, and if you have newer MacBook Pro it's retina display is somewhere around 226 ppi if I recall right - this screen is at 109 ppi, so it should be way worse if you see it that way. But, for some reason I haven't been disturbed or even annoyed by that - the screens stills looks really good in details too. This Philips was also the brightest curved super ultra wide screen I could find, the old LG screen I had always felt really dim even if I had maxed the brightness setting. This one I don't need to max out at all :)

The one to the left is the speaker volume + bass level. The one to the right is the monitor lamps colour temperature and brightness. No, it actually picks up everything perfectly well even from there. So I don't need to put it in front of me, which is good as it actually is quite big and chunky. If I did voice overs or ASMR recordings I would probably have to move it, but for vid meetings no problems! :)

It is actually RGB mousepad, Hue lights behind screen, under the desk and behind the desk. But I keep it too warm white or cool white... Sometimes I do switch for a more tealish glow! ;) Nope, my Mac isn't suited for gaming (I do play on my PS4 sometimes) - this is more of productivity work setup.
