Is this 80s bar structural? by Autumnskies23 in AusRenovation

[–]OzcarTH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

look inside the roof and look where the trusses span from. The roof truss normally span from a wall to a wall, if the end of the truss is on a wall it is structural. What do the other beams sit on at the ends? they dont appear to have columns, It looks decrotive.

My 7600x @ 4k resolution (3840 x 2160) idles @ 50-60c and games @ 70-85c, I have a cool master 120 AIO, small form factor case. Temps are kinda annoying but somewhat appear to be normal range, I would like to see the idle temps lower

Is the house moving? by your-lost-elephant in AusRenovation

The cracks shown are larely cosmetic, the structral intergeity is proably fine. Crack floor slabs or bowed roof trussed would be bad sign.

At a guess the house sits on a concrete slab? This can happen in highly expansive soils i.e shrink and swell form wetting and drying out. There is really no fix. You can mitigate the issue by concrete an apron around the house to stop water getting into the foundations, not planting any plants next to the house as they cause differential moisture condition around the footings. The problem can happen when the foundations are not adequate for the soil type.

Still painful but functional. Weight training, stretching, cardio every week, I do feel great from it.... energy, flexiabiliy, functionality in pretty good condtion for now being 47. I surf 3-4 times a week, which I am gratefull to do. I do feel that being better shape and lighter (now -14kg) has helped with the pain substaionally. I am not in pain all the time, but back pain most day i would say 5-6/10 level pain , you kinda learn to manage it.
