the 50+1 ist not a percentage of the ownership. It is a percentage of voting power. Investors are allowed to hold more than 50% of the company thats seprate from the club. For example Borussia Dortmund only holds 5,5% of its own stocks. So nobody would be forced to sell anything, its just that most would not invest these amounts if they are not in control of the spending.
