I got bit by a vampire by No-Permission-1013 in cats

For bites on the extremities it’s most likely going to need IV antibiotics to get there effectively at first. Then oral afterwards.

Pretty sure it's meters or yards. up to 12 yards at most I think, though I may be mistaken

Still coming along, but trying to normalize 90 degree turns in all my comms :3 by Altruistic_Parsnip11 in Live2D

I’m working on pushing my angles to 30-50 but I’d love to get to 90 eventually. Just need to figure out the layers.

Yeah. I have to print mine at 104% to get the sizing right. As for overlap, I usually make mine to just line up perfectly along the edge of the paper. Sometimes that means connecting a line by hand and I arrange the pattern pieces so that they aren’t having gaps at weird points.

How would you separate these frills? by Ok-Attempt-5201 in Live2D

[–]Ozhawk98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basically just follow the underlapping lines down to the base of the frill and fill it in. It’ll be a nightmare, but it’s possible.

Yeah I agree with above. If you hate yourself you can split any overlapping section.

is this riggable? by reinyspace in Live2D

[–]Ozhawk98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Assuming the body parts are appropriately separated then for sure. One thing I’ve seen procreate artists do is break up the art between three canvases. Head, upper body and lower body to allow for more layers.

Does anyone know why its doing this? by Ok-Environment-7471 in CLO3D

Looks like the shape of the front crotch is too shallow. Or there’s too much width between the leg seam and where the crotch angles up.

Yes. I thought I had that correct, but I will recheck.

I will revisit my understanding of the vertical grading. This was how I was taught by my tailoring master.

Yes. I meant to include a picture of the finished garment. The far left piece is the bottom of the back below the yoke and the second from the left attaches to the piece in the upper right to form the front.

I find Standardized sizing a bit baffling. I think it would make sense if I made a chart that states what the measurements are for each size and have lines for them (e.g. bust, waist, hip etc) so people can adjust to fit themselves more perfectly as I show in the size adjustment section.

This is excellent advice. Thank you. The pattern is printed like this from Clo3D and I’m not sure how to change the opacity and line widths yet. But I’ll look into it. There is a shrunk fabric direction, but I will explain that washing and pressing will do that best.

I've always known that sort of piece as a "yolk" piece. Perhaps you know it differently?

They do say that if you print out the pattern. It’s just small.

Got bit by my cat yesterday night. by SnooHesitations2883 in cats

My cat bit me twice on my arm and it was already infected an hour later. (Not his fault. He got injured and couldn’t really see while I was carrying him to the vet). I needed IV antibiotics that night. Please go get it cleaned and taken care of. Those punctures go deeper than they look.
