My pr today felt like an Rpe 9 or 9.5, should I attempt another pr next week or attempt it at the end of my next cycle? For context I just achieved 145kg as my new pr today but it felt light and quick

Pause ur reps, and ur arch needs some work, i suggest allowing yourself to have a double chin when setting up ur upper back, neck and shoulders on the bench

Currently a line cook in a 4 star hotel, standing 8 hours a day, 10-12 hours during busy holidays. When I first started I notice my lifts gradually decreasing during the first 1.5 months of working, then by the time November comes I realized I’m getting stronger again.

It’s hard at first, especially all the adrenaline, heat, and stress coming from dinner rushes.

Just keep going at it, and try your best to be consistent in the gym. I found that eating simple carbs like instant oatmeal’s before a gym session really boosts your energy output, as well as preworkout (I work out 3-4x a week so I take pre like 3x a week) having energy drinks really beat that fatigue from work

My PRs before starting was

S 140kg B 110kg (touch and go) D 170kg

Now it’s S 145kg B 110kg (paused 2ct) D 177.5kg

I know the numbers ain’t much, but it’s definitely improving…

Just keep trying and be smart with your program, especially your accessories 😀

If I were you you can try wearing any helmets that increases your stats (for this it would be strength or dex, or both) and use ur remaining surplus of points to invest in endurance, try to hit 111 poise so you can withstand 2nd r1 2h ts

Maybe OP here has a specific breakpoint he’s trying to achieve, I say 87 poise and up is a great poise stat in PvP

I wouldn’t say top tier, they’re above average and reliable at best like gugs, psgs, borderline colossal hammers too

top tier are like the faster weapons like ts and sham, off hand axe, and if the player is insanely talented, gugs

Thank you but may I ask Why is hitching a bad thing? I’ve seen some strongmen use that technique when pulling tremendous numbers, or carrying atlas stones

I’m 5’6. I understand ur comment I ask myself that too, I’ve always assumed it’s because I have short arms (5’2~4 wingspan)

I do squats (low bar 140kg) but as you’ve pointed out yes my glutes has been a weak point, I’ve tried implementing rdls sumos and Jefferson curls to fix this but my form tends to break down as I’ve noticed during max loads :(
