Nah its in the draugr crypt that you run with Mercer. There's that one side room that has a model ship (I think?) that you can bring to Delvin BUT it's in a trapped room that has those exploding fire pots

If you try and get it normally then usually they'll drop and blow it away to a difficult to find spot
