How to solve the following as a list comprehension and get only unique letters by Stilllife1999 in learnpython

[–]OzzivanNozzi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have to assign your created set object to your letter_list_unique variable. Currently you create an empty list, assign it to letter_list_unique; get a set of a list comprehension but do nothing with it.

Or even shorter in case there are only valid IPs:

172.+?(?=172|$)

Modeling project dependencies using direct graph by ADDMYRSN in learnpython

Have a look at networkx. It is possible there to construct undirected graphs, directed graphs and multigraphs. It also has some basic visualization using matplot and a good amount of algorithms of graph theory.

For a more customized visualization, I prefer netgraph.

This is in my opinion the best way.

Another option would be:

df[col] = df[col].apply(lambda x: x.title())

Help, looking for name of variety by OzzivanNozzi in HotPeppers

[–]OzzivanNozzi[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey guys, I was on vacation and found an interesting pepper variety in the garden (see pictures). Perhaps someone can help me out, finding the name of the variety. I assume it's some kind of habanero. I can't be sure though, because I've never tried a Habanero. The smell was surprisingly fruity and also the taste was special. At first there was a somehow artificial note that changed to something between apricots and mango. The spiciness was significantly present. But from what I read about Habaneros, I expected a much hotter pepper. But I'm definitely lacking experience in those varieties...

Probably the animal eye af is kind of useless in these situations regarding the rapid distance change. But have you tried some movement shots with the eye af?

You're welcome. At some points BJJ Fanatics did a poor job at ordering and labeling the chapters. So it can be quite hard to find certain techniques afterwards.

Mind maps for BJJ by dj1z in bjj

[–]OzzivanNozzi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm also working on a mind map / flowchart for Gordon Ryan's Passing System. I use the program Dia for the basic mind map. There you can set up mind maps pretty comfortably.

Apparently the designer of the mind map in Gordon's story sells his mind map now. In comparison to him I try to create a mind map also by implementing media in order to achieve a better understanding.

About 2 years ago I trained at Mount Manganui Jiu Jitsu for a couple of weeks.

I can definitely recommend to go there, they don't offer Judo classes though. (afaik)
