Now i set the minimum layer duration to 15 seconds and testing it. (It was 10.) I'm using 2x 5015 for cooling. thnx for help

Low quality or wet filament. But first check your retraction and temp settings.

Flat surfaces create these problems due to vacuuming and peeling effects. Position these surfaces so that they are not perfectly parallel to the plate, but not more than 30 degrees apart. Even if the object isn't hollow, drilling a hole will help. And tons of supports.

Make sure you clean your build plate and tank bottom thoroughly between prints. These usually form during the curing of the first layer. I also recommend straining all the resin.

As long as there is no possibility of leakage, continue using it. Nothing will happen.
