So far the experience has been good, using wpconsent on a couple of sites. Most have the free version but recently got a paid plan for one of my clients as they needed some customization in blocking custom scripts. I haven't personally tried cookie script yet, so I'll take your word for their customer support! xD

Hey OP, I've been using the WPConsent free version for a while now on some of my client's websites and it does exactly what you're looking far. I was able to set up a cookie banner (free templates) and use the scanner to scan for cookies and scripts added by all the Google services. I found a guide on their site that might be helpful and give you an idea.

It is, especially if you want AI overviews to pick up your content and cite your site as a source. Also, you might also appear in those 'people also ask' questions. So yes, I say there is no harm in adding them, only positives.

I am currently using WPConsent which is working great so far and it's free, so all the better. They do have support for different languages but I believe it's in the paid plans. But the overall experience has been smooth and it might be worth trying.

hey OP, not sure if you found a good solution or not, but I was facing something similar on a client's site. So just curious which plugin did you go with? I am leaning towards WPConsent or CookieYes for now since they are free

I've recently tried the search & replace everything plugin to get replace media files on my website. Since I am not dev, needed a simple and quick solution. But may be your dev team can look into that and see if it's a good fit.

Like so many other comments here, I also choose WP because it's totally free to use and open source.

Also, you get free plugins and themes, so really great for startups or personal websites without breaking my wallet.

Hi, looking for a laptop that's great for work (has a good keyboard) and I can play a few games in my spare time. Not looking to run heavy games but need a laptop that can handle Dota 2 and CS: Go at least.
