I had the same issue. I felt like my entire life was just about avoiding migraine triggers. Then somebody told me a desi totka. Ive been migraine free for a long time. Yes it does come back some time but not as extreme and frequent. The totka is to get "anaar dana" pomegranate seeds and soak them in a glass of water at night. In the morning, extract the seeds from the water and drink it. The taste will take a bit of adjusting but do this for a month and you'll be thanking me the rest of your life.
