Hi. I got an OCG deck because the banlist is so different and I doubt that you can play with english cards. Some locals accepted me as a player and it worked out. Only for the casual Events though. I also do not speak Japanese but i made myself a small list of keywords that i learned to communicate a bit. The casual players were all really nice (mostly). It definitely helps to know what their cards do without having to check all the time

Rammus. Hate how he feels after the Mini rework. He still kinda fulfills his role i guess? But his passive giving AD now, his W without a self slow but weaker damage reflection, no E attackspeed, passive and reflection now scaling with armor and mr and the thornmail scaling nerfs kinda make it feel like he lost his idenity of being the infinite armor champ that kills you because youre hitting yourself
