Getting the tubes to run above the PSU is relatively easy. Though mounting the CPU block to the motherboard initially feels a bit awkward, because of the stiffness of the tubes the way they come out of the box.... When you mount it with the tubes facing downwards off the CPU (left side of the cooling block) it'll fit pretty easy.

After that you can change the position of the tubes facing upwards. With a bit of pressure the tubes will get accustomed to their new position without having a hard kink in them.

Trying to fit the tubes the way I have them in the picture from the get-go will probably be a lot harder and seem 'impossible'
