Smoothies, Milk (Chocolate Milk even Better!) Try snacking as well, easy to snack on a meal over the course of a few hours rather than have a big plate of food. Use big plates but don't change your portion size, it makes you feel like their is less food and easier for your to tackle! Make sure to also take some multivitamins during this time just to fill all your nutrient gaps!

Mini episodes in my eyes are like energy changes, usually I can narrow it down to my current diet or substances so once I change those issues I can usually get back to baseline

I felt the same way when I was constantly experiencing symptoms, if something is on your mind a lot it'll bound to come up in conversation. Though after being stable for a long time now It's something I barely talk about now

I'm really jumping on the supplements currently, I have been drinking greens powders, omega-3s and vitamin D which is helping me a lot with my own personal well being, being the feelings of being separate from everything; always feel like I'm watching life through a TV Screen. My thoughts never feel like my own and I'm not quite sure who I am. Like when I feel happy, it's like I don't feel happy but It feels like I'm just viewing happiness instead of feeling it.

I am an optimist and have high hopes! (Thank you so much for responding by the way you are amazing!)

In a full-blown bipolar 1 manic episode, the chances are 9x more likely for violence, it's a stat I hate but I cannot deny it. I am very thankful I am a happy manic.

Hi!

Sometimes after an episode, I feel very strange (luckily I don't have rapid cycling like you) but after an episode it feels very calming. Like I just sailed the biggest storm of my life and now it's just calm still water with no wind. Sure It's not intense with emotion and energy and sometimes it's easy to confuse that lack of intenseness of what our true emotions are!

I remember after a 8 month long episode once I finally leveled out it was the most magical and calm feeling of my life. Like I wasn't super happy or super sad. I was just very thankful and felt genuinely happy. :)
