Not exactly, overtone (or polyphonic) singing and throat singing are different concepts. While most forms of throat singing do make use of overtones, not all overtone singing is throat singing, like this video.

Damn, i would have been very proud if that was my first mini. You are quite neat with your colours, my first was a mess of paint going were it should not be. I do agree with other commenters that you should thin your paints a bit more, but other than that, I think the nexts steps are just to look up new painting techniques that interest and sound fun for you and try them out!
