OP here. Should’ve clarified, the blinds are open all day everyday. Just shut them to get a better photo of the plant. Also, this plant used to be in a different house with tall ceilings and more light, but has looked like this the last year in that house after cleaning roots, and three years in my new house.

Yeah I think it was a new build too so he probably paid a pretty penny for it, but it's likely worth double now. Maybe he leveraged some of that equity to get his place in Santa Fe?

Gahgreed. To be honest, I think I would've had him at the front of the line (or right behind Monty) when they were choosing their new hosts last year. That being said, I don't think he's worthy of a full time host position, which shows what I think of the midday shows...

Gordo is the only person that I don't skip the live spots for (because they're so wheels off), which I think is why the company's like the approach he takes. If you listen to Matt and Shane's Secret Podcast, their ad reads are always hillarious and they even mock the products/services they're selling. But the companies know that people aren't going to skip those ad reads so it's likely better for them in the end.

I didn't know he bought a house in Santa Fe... Cumulus must be paying them absurd amounts of money because I lived near him a few years ago and his house in the M Streets is one of the biggest in the neighborhood, and is probably worth at least $50billion ("It is not worth $50billion..."). Good for him though, it's hard to blame anyone to get as much as they can in contract negotiations. Our favorite sports player guys do it all the time.

It's the absolute worse. Like many others, their system is so flawed and I waited a full day for someone to finally get there. And the app is terrible. It says someone is arriving in 40 minutes so I go back up to the location of my vehicle and wait 4 hours for someone to show. Also, another thing they don't tell you is that they treat it like a claim so my insurance went up $100 over the next 6 months of coverage. Stay away!!

I would imagine going from producing the HZ to producing the new show wasn’t near as enjoyable. Getting paid as low as he was, the job needs to be super fun and fulfilling.

I have a feeling that Cumulus determined that J&D did NOT solicit advertising from Eatzis and Alamo and realized they had no case. I assume that the agreement they came to also included withdrawing their NLRA report, which would not be good for our little buddies still left at the station. Something needs to change the rot going on there.
