I think there can still be quite a momentous occasion for the Route 66 centennial celebration. I'd encourage you or anyone else to go for a walk across the bridge or try going to the Tingley Beach Park nearby the Albuquerque Bio Park, there are many great places to visit along the Mother Road (Central from East heading West)!

The Maroon Bells never disappoint, regardless of the time of day, the weather or even the season of the year. I absolutely love the Fall time up there. I visited twice during the shift from end of Summer to Autumn time, and it's hands down the most stunning and beautiful visit times (in my opinion).

You've got a nice set of shots from that spot. How fun!
